22 Midwives were trained for 3 intensive weeks in efforts to promote them to become medical Offices. These Medical Officers are equipped with necessary drugs, and the supplies we get from Emory University Hospital “first- aid kits and PPE”. They were sent back to their communities to train the Auxiliary Birth Attendances in these, provide basic medical care, and collect data on these people they serve. The Medical officers served 26, 191 people, mainly pregnant and breast mothers in 12 months.
